Our Story
OUR STORY
Our journey began in 2018. What started as a small operation producing our own corporate wear soon grew into a dual-purpose space, manufacturing an in-house brand on one hand, and offering cut, make, and trim services to boutique owners during downtime. Over time, we found ourselves in a difficult balancing act, small enough to feel the strain of big orders, but not yet seasoned enough to consistently retain boutique clients who valued craftsmanship.
Rather than closing down, we doubled down. We chose to invest in the people behind the machines. Today, our factory runs a 24-month Factory Worker Improvement Programme, a custom training journey that transforms entry-level operators into skilled professionals ready to meet the standards of world-class factories. Our programme focuses on speed, quality, and real-life production conditions, training not just machine operators but also work-study officers, pressors, cutting room assistants, and dispatch teams.
The garments you find on our platform are made by our academy learners as part of
their training. Each piece is crafted with care, thoroughly quality-checked, and
offered without expensive tags or fancy packaging, just great fashion at honest
prices.
Together with neighbouring factories, we've launched a movement under the hashtag #StylewithPurpose. This campaign highlights our craft by selling directly to the public at fair prices that allow us to sustain our businesses while creating decent working conditions. Through this initiative, we aim to raise awareness and influence positive change in response to challenges facing our industry, including the impact of cheap imports.
