Shipping Policy

South African Orders

Orders below R1 000 will attract a shipping charge based on shipping address entered. This will be calculated and quoted on checkout. Free shipping to your door for orders over R1 000. Delivery takes approximately 3 – 5 days depending on destination.

International Orders

Please contact us at admin@xocollection.co.za for an international shipping quote. 
Orders take approximately 7 – 10 days depending on location. Tracking number, courier details and estimated delivery date will be provided as soon as your order has shipped. Customers are responsible for any customs or duties charged by the receiving country. We regret to inform that we do not accept returns/exchanges on international orders.
